DESIGN FOR URBAN LIFE TOGETHER
We facilitate inclusive design processes that deliver sustainable, people-centric urban projects that work in real life. Our collaborative method includes 1) uncovering the root issues and opportunities of a site, brainstorming, sketching, and identifying the best integrative concept solution through workshop sessions with all stakeholders. 2) Reviews and refinement, with technical and budgeting parties. 3) Stakeholder adoption, and distribution of detailed designs, implementation, timelines, and progress monitoring tasks. This process ensures buy-in and propels innovative urban projects past institutional silos and organizational inertia.
AUDIT AND DRAFT POLICIES & CODES
We work with our clients to assess and improve the alignment of existing policies with sustainable, people-centric development goals.
This work may include 1) a review of existing laws, regulations, guidelines, investment programs and other elements of policy, 2) an analysis of the policy-making processes and their bottlenecks, 3) an analysis of policy implementation, enforcement, and monitoring processes, 4) recommendations for policy integration and realignment, 5) best practice and benchmark research, 6) drafting of new or revised policy and regulation.

We work with our clients to deliver a complete assessment of the existing public space and the access and mobility infrastructure of an area using a set of key indicators, metrics, qualitative analytical tools, and benchmarks.
